General Announcement:

We have changed Internet service to a higher bandwidth source. To allow the new network addresses to be recognized, customers need to unplug the cable modem for about 10 seconds, then replug the modem to restore power with the new settings.

Customers with routers (either wired or wireless) and our digital phone service, will need to reset their routers and phone boxes, as well.

The change provides more stable and faster Internet service.
We are currently upgrading our broadband and programming due to the digital transition of analog channels; the channels that used to become grainy due to signal issues will now tile (show square blocks), freeze, or go off. We will fix these issues as the become problems. Please call 24/7 to help us maintain the system.

Thank you, we appreciate your business.
Upshur County Commissioners Court Meetings are broadcast on Saturdays at 9am on channel 2. Commissioners Court meets on the second and last Fridays of every month. Tune in to stay up to date.
